Every project starts with one conversation, one page of notes, and one number.
I do not sell hours; I sell an outcome. Before a line of code is written we agree on what the site must do, what it must not do, and what "done" looks like. If the scope grows, the price grows with it — in writing, before we begin. There are no invoices you did not see coming.
A layout is a claim about what your customer should look at first, second, third.
Fonts, spacing, colour, and copy all point at the next action — a call, a booking, a purchase. If a section does not move that argument forward, it comes out. Beauty is a byproduct of that clarity, not its opposite.
A site that loads in a second respects a visitor more than any hero video ever will.
Every build is tested on a mid-tier phone on a shaky connection, not just on my laptop. Images are compressed, fonts are subset, scripts are trimmed. The goal is a site that feels instant — because patience is the first thing a visitor spends.
You leave with the keys — with clear terms on what is and isn't included.
Once the project is fully paid for, you own the completed website and its content. The domain is and remains yours. You can edit text and images through a plain admin. Source-code transfer, development files, or migration to another hosting or development platform are not included unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
You talk to the person building the thing.
