The Money-Back Guarantee

This document guarantees, in plain English, that no client will ever pay for work they did not approve, do not own, or do not love.

1. §01
   The first design is free

   You see a real, clickable design of your homepage before you pay a single dollar. If it doesn't excite you, walk away — keep the file, owe nothing.

2. §02
   No first invoice until you approve

   Your first payment is only due after you say "yes, build this." Not before the call, not after the mockup — after your written approval.

3. §03
   Two rounds of revisions, included

   Every package includes two full rounds of revisions during the build. Additional rounds are quoted upfront at a flat rate, never billed hourly.

4. §04
   30 days of free tweaks after launch

   Typos, image swaps, small copy edits, colour adjustments — for the first thirty days after launch, they're on me. No stopwatch.

5. §05
   Your files, your keys, your control

   You own the domain, the hosting account, and the source code. You can hire any developer in the world to take it over the day after launch.

6. §06
   No hidden fees, ever

   Hosting and domain (~$20/month) are billed directly to you by the provider — I don't touch them, and I don't mark them up. Every quote you receive is the price you pay.
